        We offer you the ability to post content as an anonymous user, a self-elected "Pen Name", or as the nickname specified in your account. All nicknames are unique, and will show differently from "Pen Names" on all posts or shoutbacks. All content that is posted as Anonymous or as a Pen Name will NEVER divulge your user information to anyone, anywhere on the entire Soapbox Nation site. Also, any user feedback received from "Pen Name" or Anonymous posts will have no effect on your User Reputation. The only statistic that will change is your post/shoutback count will be incremented by 1.

        Most pages on this site can be viewed without an account, but there are a few features that require you sign in to a user account to enable the proper functionality, such as posting content.

        User Accounts - Known as 'passports' at our site, are a collection of information provided by you. No attempt is made to verify this information relates to you in any sort of manner, as all information is voluntarily provided. This information will be retained on our systems until you elect to have it removed, or until it is removed due to non-use by our automated systems.

        Cookies - Cookies are small text files that are used to maintain your browsing session from one page click to another. The information in that we set in a cookie cannot be read from any other site than ours, and we cannot read the information stored by any other site you may visit. The information we store in a cookie will be used for anonymous usage reports, such as impression counts and/or user path analysis, as well as previously stated session management. WE DO NOT STORE any information you have posted on our site in any sort of cookies or other data format outside of our central database.

        All user-submitted content (such as posts, shoutbacks, media, and user information) that has been posted to our site is property of the respective poster. We make no claims of ownership to any of this content. We will retain a licence to publicly display this content on our site, or within promotional materials for this site or the parent company. This license terminates when you remove said content from our site. Multiple copies may be made in the process of backing up our databases for fault-tolerance, but will always follow one step behind the current available information on our site.

        Posts and Shoutbacks made under an Anonymous or a Pen-Name selection will not have the identity of the poster revealed under any circumstances, nor do we transfer this information to any other system. If you wish your posts to be credited to your account, please elect to post as your user nickname.

        We will not alter posted content that has been stored on our system, but our administrators may relocate or remove content that they deem inappropriate for it's original location. If you object to a certain specific peice of content, please alert our administrators to it by clicking the "report" link, and noting your reason for objection.

        Our administrators are third-party volunteer agents that are not affiliated in any way with Entire Internet Solutions, Inc. Their actions are individual in nature, and are not the responsibility of Entire Internet Solutions, Inc.         We will only send you email you have elected to receive due to selection on an internet form, or for account maintenance notifications. We will not sell, lease, or transfer your email address to any third-party for any reason. Your email address will not be publicly visible on any part of our site, and will only be visible to you on the account maintenance page ("My Passport"). If you post your email address in a publicly visible manner such as in a post, shoutback, or any other publicly visible manner, we will not be responsible.

        We are not responsible for the content and/or administration of any site you follow a link to from ours. These sites are owned by unaffiliated third parties that we have no control over, and links are provided in the context of user-generated content, which is ownership of the end user.
